Purpose and Ikigai (Podcast)

In November we attended the FIRM event in Cambridge where we heard Katherine Ray of Talentology talk about her experience of working at global organisations UniLever, Sky and Diageo. We enjoyed her talk so much that we invited her to London for a podcast session.

In this podcast we discuss the development of individuals, teams and organisations, as well as driving people experiences, to achieve personal and organisational goals. We ended the discussion with Katherine explaining the intriguing Japanese philosophy of ‘Ikigai,’ and how it ties into purpose.
